I like this video for several reasons:
- It shows some great aerial footage of each town/city listed. I love aerial footage.
- Each town/city on the list is supported by data which is also explained (i.e. actual home prices followed by explanations for why so cheap).
- It’s quite something just how inexpensive homes are in some towns/cities.
- It’s entertaining as many of videos on the World According to Briggs channel are.
