The cocktail family of spritzes is vast and its defining features oft-murky. While some may disagree, I tend to view the spritzes as drinks with an amaro base that are topped with bubbly wine, among other ingredients. The Gin Spritz takes this assumption a step further and adds a bit of pep to this drink’s step with the addition of gin. It’s extremely easy to make and even easier to toss back.
