Looking for shelves that fit your shabby-chic decor? Look no further.
This fantastic, well-crafted ladder shelf was created by Dave Irwin from Dapper Dave’s Woodshop in Greystones, Ireland.
This shelf comes in three standard sizes: small, medium and large. The small shelves measure 150cm x 55cm x 25cm; the medium shelves measure 225cm x 55cm x 37cm; and the large shelves measure 295cm x 65cm x 50cm. Dapper Dave’s Woodshop also welcomes custom sizing, so your vision is not limited to these measurements.
The shelf rests at an 80 degree angle at the floor, and a 10 degree angle at the wall, which is the minimum angle for a stable shelf that doesn’t take up too much floor space.
The shelves come in a wide variety of neutrals and pastels to complement any decor. The shelf featured here is painted in a distressed manner with a pale white paint and finished with speckles of blue, orange, and gray.
Dapper Dave’s ladder shelves offer an unusual and functional design element that will add interest and appeal to any room.
These simple ladder shelves can be useful and aesthetically pleasing in any living space, and we hope that this gallery inspires you to think about common household objects differently, and how you can incorporate such unusual design elements into your own decor.

The shelves are wide enough to play host to small or large items, and more fragile items that shouldn’t be set too close to the edge.
