Boil 2 quarts of water in a medium-sized pot on the stove. When the water is at a rolling boil, add the pasta, and cook it for 7 to 9 minutes. Drain the pasta in a colander and run cool water over the pasta to cool it quickly. Shake to drain excess water from the pasta and set it aside until needed.
In a large bowl, stir together the ranch dressing, mayonnaise, and barbecue sauce until fully blended.
Add the pepper. Stir the lettuce, tomatoes, and pasta into the dressing mixture, stirring these just a bit.
Add the pasta salad, Parmesan cheese, and bacon, and toss the salad to coat. Serve the salad immediately.
